"I love having access to different pieces of uniform to create a look to suit my mood that day. Whether that's something smart and functional for carrying out duties, layers for the colder months or something a little more stylish to represent my companies brand.
Working in the railway is fast paced and sometimes comes with challenges, our uniform sets a recognisable presence for our brand whilst also offering us as colleagues a chance to be individual and comfortable in our own skin.
I used to love seeing pictures of station masters wearing waistcoats with a pocket watch looking smart. So every so often I like to bring back the old classic look with a slightly new twist of women wearing trousers and a silk neckerchief, because I like the dichotomy between what is considered feminine and masculine."
