"I love my job and it really does pay to make people smile and whilst adding a few xmas touches to my uniform that's exactly what I've been doing. In this job, it's very rare to get a complaint, we are usually gratefully welcomed and to spread a smile is the least I can do. I wear my uniform with pride."
