"Uniform by definition is the distinctive clothing worn by members of the same organisation. However in my case my uniform is my identity.
When I’m walking through the roads of Kilburn doing my daily route members of the public come up to me and recognise me by my uniform and acknowledge me saying hey postie how’s your day etc. I get a lot of respect wearing my uniform, for example, the policeman walking the roads or street cleaners will nod their head to say hi.
I feel proud wearing my uniform and I always make sure that in the morning when I get up my uniform is in pristine condition ready to help me face my daily endeavour. If it wasn’t for my uniform, I would not command the respect and love from the members of the public."
